Al Baxter is the most capped Prop Forward in Australian Rugby history. Al’s career has included two Rugby World Cups and he has twice featured in Super rugby finals as part of the Waratahs side. He currently sits on the Waratah Rugby and Sydney Living Museum (Historic Houses Trust of NSW) Boards and is a regular commentator on rugby union on ABC TV. Al is also recognised as a leader amongst the broader Australian Rugby playing group with key roles on both the RUPA and NSW Rugby Boards. He will speak to the crucial role of leadership and teamwork for outstanding success in any endeavour, and will share his insights on developing a high performance culture that delivers exceptional results in any organisation.
