Jeremy de Constantin has had a varied and successful business career as CEO, board member and advisor, with the overarching goal of increasing sustainable business value and giving shareholders a strong end-game.
He is currently Managing Director of deConstantin Business Advisory and, since 1996, has advised business owners on performance turnarounds, business growth strategies, exits and capital raising. Jeremy has worked with many diverse mid-market and family businesses in agribusiness, manufacturing, retail, professional services, scientific & engineering services, financial services, institutional banking, building & construction, medical research, aged care, livestock farming, meat processing, funds management, private and public hospitals, clubs and software services. He is currently Chairman of technology company Floktu and, during his tenure as CEO, increased its business value by building a high performing team culture, implementing systems & processes and executing go-to-market plans resulting in the contracting of Fairfax Media, the Australian Rugby Union, AMP and the global investment fund Dimensional Funds Management.
