 reer in the finance industry with Executive roles at both Macquarie Bank a
 nd ANZ in Australia and Commerzbank Bremen in Germany. As one of the Found
 ers of Amplifi Governance\, she assisted many family businesses to establi
 sh boards that were a good strategic and cultural fit. Susanne will share 
 how her own journey has informed her views on the importance of family gov
 ernance and of engaging advisers who are skilled and knowledgeable on the 
 issues that affect family businesses. Susanne has spent the last 18 months
  researching and collaborating with family business specialists across Eur
 ope and the US and will share some of her insights and learnings with us.
